I feel like freedom of speech is very important. I think that everyone should be able to voice their own opinion as long as they do so without crossing the line and saying something that they know isn't right. I do not think this freedom goes too far, like I said I feel like everyone should be able to voice their own opinion. Freedom of speech should have certain rules to it. You should not be able to get on tv and tell everyone how you feel about something if it is going to be negative and use bad language all through it. I think seperation of church and state is necessary because I don't think that anyone should have any religion forced on them. I think defendant's rights affect our goverment system a whole lot. I think defendant's should have their rights because not everyone is in the wrong so many people deserve those rights and shouldn't have them taken away because of what other people do wrong.

I agree with you that defendant's rights are important. Not everyone who is accused of doing wrong has really commited a crime. Some people get mad at their boyfriends, friends, sister, or whoever and decide that they are going to get them in trouble. Just because there are people who do wrong doesn't mean that anyone should be treated any differently.
