I feel like freedom of speech is very important. I think that everyone should be able to voice their own opinion as long as they do so without crossing the line and saying something that they know isn't right. I do not think this freedom goes too far, like I said I feel like everyone should be able to voice their own opinion. Freedom of speech should have certain rules to it. You should not be able to get on tv and tell everyone how you feel about something if it is going to be negative and use bad language all through it. I think seperation of church and state is necessary because I don't think that anyone should have any religion forced on them. I think defendant's rights affect our goverment system a whole lot. I think defendant's should have their rights because not everyone is in the wrong so many people deserve those rights and shouldn't have them taken away because of what other people do wrong.

I think a strong national goverment is a must have. I do not think that states should have equal powers as the national goverment. We have enough problems in our nation while we have a strong national govermment, I feel like if the states were to have equal powers then it would create a lot more problems. I feel like the shift during the Reagan administration was needed I do think that the national goverment should be stronger than states rights but i also believe that states should have some rights. I feel like education should be left up to the local goverments, if you have a certain area where kids need to be taught on a different level then I don't think those kids shou;d suffer because of one education system that the national goverment made everyone do.
